Welcome to my world of cards. This is my journey of joy using mainly Cricut and Copics. You will see some different techniques from time to time and I hope you find some ideas that give you inspiration. Everything that I post is meant to be shared and if you wish to "scraplift", I'm happy to share. Have fun while you're are!
2019 Update: Follow me into a new world of weaving and various of types of fiber art. I will continue to make cards, my original love, but also branching out.

Special Order Birthday Card

I was asked to make a card for a grandson's 2nd birthday. The theme of the party was Thomas the Tank Engine. The grandmother didn't necessarily want Thomas, but at least a train. I made this using Cricut Design Space , but with additions. I placed some acetate behind the engine's window, so I could place the Happy and punched some balloons and had them blowing. I die cut the 2nd and the Liam from 2 different die sets and then hooked all 3 together using heavy duty crochet thread. I added some highlights with a white gel pen and was very proud of the results.
