Welcome to my world of cards. This is my journey of joy using mainly Cricut and Copics. You will see some different techniques from time to time and I hope you find some ideas that give you inspiration. Everything that I post is meant to be shared and if you wish to "scraplift", I'm happy to share. Have fun while you're are!
2019 Update: Follow me into a new world of weaving and various of types of fiber art. I will continue to make cards, my original love, but also branching out.

Birthday Card

I made a birthday card using the eyeglasses from Nifty Fifties. Since I couldn't find in tortoise shell paper in my stash, I found some clip art pattern I could use. I added some glossy accents and some bling.

Oldie but Goodie Birthday Card

I have been selling a lot of the "Over the Hill" cards, so I'm rebuilding stock. The record came from Nifty Fifties and the ribbon is some that has been in my stash for so long, the adhesive had to be replaced. A really simple card I bet you could make with just circles.

Birthday Card

I used Cricut's Nifty Fifties for this card. I love almost all the cuts on this cart! This one took a little more time to make the cuts and then put it together, but surprisingly, it was still faster than I had expected. I added a computer generated sentiment and it was done.

Hope you have a great weekend and I'm always grateful for any and all comments. TFL!!

Birthday Card

I love the Nifty Fifties Cricut cart - it has so many fun cuts and they are so quick to cut and put together. I made this one into a birthday card and loved how the color scheme turned out. Hope you enjoy it too and TFL!

Birthday Card

I made this card for my Daughter's Boyfriend. They love music and going to concerts and I think he plays a little guitar. His birthday was yesterday and I didn't want to post the card until after his b-day. I used Cricut's Nifty Fifties for the guitar and background. I computer generated the sentiment on the front and the inside reads:
"party like a rock star!"

Have a great Thursday and stop by again soon!

Birthday Card

Decided to finish out the week with another birthday card, this time from Cricut's Nifty Fifties cart. It was actually pretty quick to make using my trusty Gyspy. Since I got my new E2, cutting has been much faster. I used paper from a K & Co. paper pad. Love the soft muted colors, but still masculine. I punched some balloons for the inside and used a rubber stamp that I've had for a long, long time.

Hope you've had a great week and will have a great weekend!

Birthday Card

Another cut from Nifty Fifities. Now I can actually remember this type of TV. Mine didn't have a face on the front, but had the "rabbit ear". I just made this one for fun. TFL

Nifty Fifties Birthday Card

This idea came from a card posted on the Cricut MB. I haven't used the Nifty Fifties cart much, but I love it! I'm sure you'll be seeing more of it in the future. I cut silhouttes and then 1 with the layers in color. What fun to make and even though this was before my time, I bet it makes a great birthday card for someone that is the appropiate age. Have a great Friday and TFL.

Father's Day Card

This would also make a great birthday card for any fisherman. I used Cricut's Nifty Fifties cart and an embossing folder for the blue behind the fish. TFL

Birthday Card

From Nifty Fifties Cricut cart, I cut the car and added Crystal Lacquer to the car, punched some stars and added a computer generated sentiment. This was really fun to make and the idea came from the Cricut MB. TFL
