I saw a video of this technique and wanted to give it a try. In essence, you use an individual stamp to make a background. I then heat embossed in gold. You then ink blend the background and color between and around with black. I used a black alcohol ink marker for this. It did not actually take that long to do and I was happy with the results. The only thing I might do different the next time would be trying just a black marker, not an alcohol.
