Taylored Expressions recently had a "coffee kit", probably about a month ago, and I'm just now getting to you it. As you can see, I made a couple of birthday cards and a get well card. On the birthday cards, I pretty much stayed with a rainbow or modified rainbow colors. The get well card is foil panel and then the coffee cups are stenciled.
All three of these are very simple, but hopefully you can get some ideas.
