Welcome to my world of cards. This is my journey of joy using mainly Cricut and Copics. You will see some different techniques from time to time and I hope you find some ideas that give you inspiration. Everything that I post is meant to be shared and if you wish to "scraplift", I'm happy to share. Have fun while you're are!
2019 Update: Follow me into a new world of weaving and various of types of fiber art. I will continue to make cards, my original love, but also branching out.

Using leftover paper

The 1st 2 cards use leftover strips of paper. While I had done this by hand (cutting) previously, I purchased some of the Strip Dies from Taylored Expressions and now just cut the strips when I have leftover paper and put them in a mug for future use. It is hard to believe how quickly these build up. I easily had enough for the cards plus many more.

The 3rd card is one that was a test and I can only say if turned out so so. The background paper just used a Jennifer McGuire technique. I did stamp some balloons in Versmark and then embossing with a clear/silver powder. They didn't show up as well as I hoped, but I continued forward.

The 3 circle sentiments are a freebie with purchase from Taylored Expressions. They are easy to cut and add a real punch to the cards.
