Again, I went simple, but this was inspired by CZ designs. I cut the hearts using a Spellbinders die and then inked with Tim Holtz Oxide Inks. I added the die cut works. The "love your guts" came from SSS made by CZ designs. I added some clear enamel drops from Your Next Stamp Company.
