This is a Stampin' Up set I used several times lately and just am loving it!!!! I used several different brands of ink for the balloons , hand lined the strings and found various ribbons from my stash to add more texture. The named is was stamped with a clear set I've had for some time and last but not least the birthday sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.
