I had previously made a card similar to this, but I didn't get it posted - so I didn't have a good record of it, so when a customer ask me to make more, I really didn't know what it looked like, so I had to go from memory - LOL - what memory?! I made these and hope either is works for him. The Thank you die is from Spellbinders and the Just a Note die is from Nicole (AC Moore).
