Birthday Card

A cute little card made Simon Says Stamp called Birthday Celebration. SSS sent this to me for my birthday for free (don't we love those freebies and SSS was so sweet to do this!). I colored with copics and chalked the cheek and ear. I paper pieced the balloon.
