I am sorry these are a little blurry, but this is one of Art Impressions Older Stamps. It is designed to hold a bill ($20 for example). I loved the look on the lady's face and thought how cute and what a great way to give money. I colored with copics and used a Cricut pen around the edges of the white to give it a little more color.
