Birthday Card

What a fun birthday card! I saw a card on Splitcoast Stampers that had used buttons for balloons and of course, I wanted to try. The stamp is from a Recollections set that I picked up on clearance at Michaels. Colored with copics and added some googlie eyes for fun.
