Belated Birthday Card


This idea came from the Cricut Messageboard. The OMG came from the Smiley cards cart and I just used a balloon punch that I have on hand. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen stamp. These stamps are sooooo much fun because you can add any emotion you need for the occasion. I colored the eyes with a white gel pen and added cheeks with chalk.
