Well I can say, I made this card with felt and was ready to pull my hair out BEFORE I got it done! I had seen several cards with this main theme and thought, hey, I can do that (yeh right), so I dug out my felt, got down my Xyron machine, dug out pop sickle sticks and get adhesive on the felt. Well, I can tell you that either the adhesive was too much or maybe I just didn't know the right technique, but I had adhesive everywhere! The adhesive didn't really want to stick to the felt, but I made it! After I had everything together, probably an hour later for what should have been a 15 minute card, I had to clean my scissors, my hands and my mat with Un-Du. Oh well, it was finished after adding so jewels and Baker's twine. Funny thing was, I didn't actually like it that well when it was finished and on top of that, I found these cute little ice creams on the cart Kate's Kitchen - so that goes to show you, I worked harder, NOT smarter that day. Welcome to my world of cards. This is my journey of joy using mainly Cricut and Copics. You will see some different techniques from time to time and I hope you find some ideas that give you inspiration. Everything that I post is meant to be shared and if you wish to "scraplift", I'm happy to share. Have fun while you're are!
2019 Update: Follow me into a new world of weaving and various of types of fiber art. I will continue to make cards, my original love, but also branching out.
