Can it get any easier than an embossing folder and ribbon? I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder with coordinations cardstock, added some ribbon and then stamped a sentiment. So if you need one in a hurry, you've got less than 5 minutes in this one.
I really like making elebroate cards, but sometimes it's just great to make simple ones too!
