Tulips

This is such a favorite of mine. It is a spellbinders nesties and beautiful by itself! I added a circle and stamped tulips from a rubber stamp from Impression Obsession called Tulip Bouquet. This is one of the 1st stamps I purchased to learn to use copics on. I used Bazzil dot paper as the background. TFL
