Birthday Card



 A card following a technique of Jennifer McGuire. I hope you are able to tell from the photos that it opens to reveal the whole balloon. 

The balloon is a die, I am so sorry that I don't remember where it is from, but any balloon die would do. The sentiment is from You Next Stamp Co.. The rest just uses scrap paper cut into strips.
