Step Birthday Card

I thought this would be a fun card! I used a classic from Art Impressions, colored with copics and just some rectangles for the cakes (rounded the corners for the icing and the slime punch from MS for the drips). For the candles, the were straight cuts just varying heights. I used a heart cut in half for the flames. That part is a little time consuming, but worth the trouble.
