It's been a while since I've made real shaker cards and thought it was certainly time. The baby bottle I have made before, but not the candle. They are both made using the same technique. I actually use core board and but my shape; I usually keep it simple, then add my acetate top and fill with buttons, beads or something small that goes with the theme of the card.
I have tried several different techniques and found this still works best (for me).
