It's really bad when I go brain dead, but this morning is one of those days! I think both the Hope and tag came from Cricut's Journey, but I'm sure if you don't have that cartridge, then you could use any font and put a real pink ribbon on a white tag.
I sell a few of these, and generally am looking for something that could be sent to someone with breast cancer or recovering from breast cancer.
