I've told you I love the birds from From the Heart Digital Stamps and the guy above is no exception. I kept everything simple with the layout and colors. I used some polka paper that I picked up at Michaels and colored the bird with copics. I actually colored the balloon and then decided that I should have used the polka dot paper and some paper piecing, but I just added some dots with a white gel pen.
