Birthday Card

Another CAS card with the focal point being the colors. To me, these colors just pop! The paper came from AC Moore in on of the $1 packs - I think there were 6 pieces, so I just add some cardstock to stretch the paper a little further. I used my trusty balloon punch and added some white heavy thread for the tail.
