A Girly Birthday Card

This is a digi from Bugaboo Stamps. It was a Friday Freebie. If you haven't been to her website, you should check it out. She offers 2 freebies every Friday and I always try to take advantage of those. I colored with copics (as usual), mounted on cricut paper and added ribbon just to make it a little more girly! I also added Crystal Lacquer to the balloon. TFL
