Masculine Birthday Card

I wasn't as happy with this one as I had hoped. I started out making a frame and wanted to add tools. I used the tools from a Stampin' Up set. I colored with copics and then did a fussy cut. I stamped the birthday and nails and embossed with silver embossing powder.
I looked at the finished product for quite some time and felt like it needed something else, but never could figure out what to add.
