Dolly Parton Quote


It's been ages since I've used this quote, but I have always loved it. Dolly is a straight talkin gal that is a from Sevier County which is about 1 hour from me, so we consider her one of our own.
The rainbow is a die from Avery Elle and the clouds are from a die I had on hand.
